| 1. What is the difference between Original, Premium and Compatibles? |

Original – These are brand name cartridges that have been made by the manufacturer of the machine. The whole cartridge is
brand new.
Premium – All the parts inside the cartridge are brand new, the outer casing of the cartridge is recycled. The drum inside the
cartridge is brand new but is not a brand name drum.
Compatible – the whole cartridge is recycled. The toner is refilled and tested to make sure it works. |

| 4. What is the guarantee on your products? |

100% guarantee on all products sold. All our products are fully guaranteed. This includes the immediate replacement of any faulty product, as well as a conditional guarantee on the printing device in the unlikely event that a product supplied by us causes damage. |

| 5. Do we collect empty cartridges? |
| |
No. We don’t but we suggest that you call – Cartridge Rescue at 1800. |

| 6. How do I redeem my E-voucher? |
| |
Option 1: Online at Retailer's Website): Visit the retailer's website and go through the normal process of placing an order. When asked "how do you wish to pay" select ‘Gift Voucher’. When prompted enter the ‘Voucher Claim Code and ‘Expiry Date’. |

Option 2: Online at Giftvouchers.com – Use this to quickly exchange a giftvouchers.com Corporate Services SUPERvoucher for a retail voucher. Visit http://www.giftvouchers.com and click on 'Redeem A Supervoucher' and follow the prompts. You can select a retail voucher up to the available balance of your SUPERvoucher, or above the balance - in which case you need to make up the difference with your credit card. Any unused balance can be used again within the validity period of the SUPERvoucher, so you don't need to spend the entire voucher amount. When you are ready to check out, select "Supervoucher" as your payment type. You can enter the Voucher Claim Code and Expiry Date of up to 3 SUPERvouchers per transaction. Any unused balance(s) can be used again within the validity period of the SUPERvoucher(s), so you don't need to spend the entire voucher amount. That's it! Your favourite retailer voucher(s) will be sent to you immediately. |

Option 3: In-Store at Retailer's store (list of retailers are on the voucher)
Print out the gift voucher image which can be found in the file attachment or if you can't print the attachment, this e-mail message. Take this printout into any of the nominated retailer's outlets. Visit http://www.giftvouchers.com for store locations. You can select any number of gifts up to the value of your voucher, or above the value - in which case you simply need to make up the difference. But, please remember, you cannot use the voucher again, so you will need to spend the entire voucher amount. You may be asked for identification so the retailer can substantiate that you are the person named on the gift voucher. The retailer will then validate the voucher and you may be asked to sign it. |
